The following terms and conditions shall constitute the Rental Agreement
(the “Agreement”) under which Clubs4hire Ltd. shall rent Golf equipment
(“Golf Rental Equipment”) to (“you” the “Renter”).

Please note that when you make your reservation, Clubs4hire Ltd. will charge your credit card for the amount due for the entire “Rental Period” (as defined below). By acknowledging this Agreement, you also authorize Clubs4hire Ltd. to charge the Renter’s credit card for any late, lost, stolen, broken, non-returned equipment, and for all other amounts payable under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please see Section III below for
further details.

As a condition to entering into this Agreement, you must be 18 years or over.

GPS Tracking:

Clubs4hire Ltd may place a GPS Tracker on or in their golf bags. The information is solely used for real-time tracking and whereabouts of the clubs for delivery / collection and logistical purposes. No information is being stored by Clubs4hire LTD. Clubs4hire LTD uses GPS trackers to ensure deliveries via courier companies are done on time and the clubs are at your delivery and collection locations when you arrive. You may get notified on your phone that a GPS tracker is "with you" you can choose to click ignore this message and it will no longer notify your phone. If you choose not to ignore, it will add the tracker to your "Find My iPhone" devices section. 


Subject to Availability:

Clubs4hire Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with the Golf Rental Equipment you desire. However, please note that due to unknown factors such as Rental Equipment not being returned on time, insufficient Lead Time, lost or stolen equipment, etc., all of our Rental Equipment is subject to availability. If the Rental Equipment you desire is unavailable, we may swap for similar. We will endeavour to make you aware of the change but it is not always possible. We reserve the right to change clubs for similar. 

Reservation Cancellations:

You may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the “First Rental Day” (as defined below) by notifying Clubs4hire Ltd by E-mail of your wish to cancel. Cancellations will not be accept by phone. An Administration fee of €10.00 per set will apply to all cancellations. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the First Rental Day will be charged at 25% of the booking amount. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of the First Rental Day will be charged at 50% of the booking amount. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the First Rental Day will be charged the full value of the booking amount. Renters who have opted for our Platinum Protection Insurance can avail of a full refund, less €10.00 per set administration fee for cancellations up to 14 days before the first day of rental.

 

Equipment Damages / Lost /Stolen:

Unreturned clubs or equipment will result in the charging of the renter's card at the Full Replacement Price of said equipment. The term Damaged / Broken club applies to shaft damage only, any damage thereafter will be deemed lost / stolen. Clubs deemed unrepairable will be charged at Lost / Stolen rate. If you have chosen the Platinum Protection Policy, any damaged / broken club excess will be zero, provided the club head is undamaged. Damaged / Dented / Broken club heads will be treated as Lost / Stolen and the fee related to the platinum protection policy will be applied. Any broken / damaged clubs must to be reported to Clubs4hire within 24 hours, and every effort will be made by Clubs4hire to resolve the matter.

All clubs remain the property of Clubs4hire at all times, any customisation/alterations is strictly prohibited. Clubs deemed to be tampered with or customised will be charged at the lost/stolen rate. No repairs are to be carried out without permission in writing from Clubs4hire.


Unused Booking:

1. Reservations for Golf Rental Equipment that is scheduled to be picked up at a location designated to Clubs4hire Ltd. will be kept for 12 hours and then cancelled (unless rebooked) if the Golf Rental Equipment is not picked up. A one-day charge will be applied to your credit card.

2. Reservations for Golf Rental Equipment that is delivered to a hotel and not picked up from the front desk within twelve (12) hours of delivery will be cancelled, and the Rental Equipment will be returned to Clubs4hire A one-day rental, plus any applicable delivery charges, will be charged to your credit card.

3. If the person you designate to accept delivery is not at the scheduled delivery location within 20 minutes of the scheduled time for delivery, then the reservation will be cancelled and your credit card shall be charged for one day’s rental, plus any applicable delivery charges.

Changing Bookings and Extension of Rental Period:

We will do our best to accommodate any changes that you may wish to make to your booking, including any extensions that you may wish to make to the “Rental Period” (defined below). Please note, however, that any such changes are subject to availability, particularly when requested within 72 hours or less of your First Rental Day.

Delivery and Collection:

1. Pick-up of Clubs and Accessories:
Golf Rental Equipment may be picked-up by one of two ways:

a. You may pick-up the equipment at a location designated by Clubs4hire Ltd; or b. You may arrange for Clubs4hire Ltd. to deliver the equipment to you, in which case a delivery charge may apply. Please note the following:

(1) If you arrange for delivery to a hotel/B&B with a front desk, then delivery may be accepted and signed for on your behalf by the hotel/B&B’s front desk. Please note that you will remain responsible for the equipment if you arrange for this type of delivery, even though it is left with the hotel/B&B’s front desk.

(2) If you arrange for delivery to a location other than a hotel/B&B with a front desk (e.g., a house, Airport, golf course, or other location), either you or a responsible adult that you designate to Clubs4hire in advance, must be personally present to accept and sign for delivery

. If neither you nor the person you designate to accept delivery is at the designated location within 20 minutes of the scheduled delivery time, then the reservation will be cancelled and your credit card will be charged for one day’s rental, plus any applicable delivery charges.

2. Return of Clubs and Accessories:
The Golf Rental Equipment may be returned to Clubs4hire by one of two ways: a. You may return the equipment to a facility designated by Clubs4hire; or b. You may arrange for pick-up of the Golf Rental Equipment by Clubs4hire at your designated location. Pick up by Clubs4hire may be subject to an additional charge. Unless your designated location is a hotel/B&B with a front desk, you or a responsible adult that you designate must be present while a Clubs4hire representative checks in the equipment
as an authorized return. Clubs returned to a non agreed location will be subject to additional charges that may arise. Clubs4hire may charge for any additional costs/expenses related to club delivery or collection not formally agreed upon prior to booking. 

Repossession of Rental Equipment:
Clubs4hire reserves the right to demand the return of the Golf Rental Equipment or to repossess the Golf Rental Equipment at any time and for any reason. This is particularly the case if the Golf Rental Equipment is being used in a manner that violates the law, violates the terms of this Agreement, or if the Golf Rental Equipment appears to be abandoned. Renter waives, to the extent permitted by law, any and all rights to prior notice and/or hearing prior to the repossession of the Golf Rental Equipment by Clubs4hire, or by Clubs4hire employees, agents, In the event of repossession, Clubs4hire reserves the right to charge your credit card for the full Rental Period or for any period thereof. 
 
Prices:
All rental prices shall be as listed on the website, and are subject to change without notice until you book your reservation. All purchase prices are also subject to change without notice until you make your purchase.

Clubs4hire will charge your credit card for the amount due for the entire Rental Period when you make your reservation. Cancelled or changed reservations shall be subject to refunds or charges on your credit card pursuant to the terms of this Rental Agreement.

Credit Card Payments Only:
All rentals and purchases that you make through Clubs4hire will be transacted by means of a valid credit card at the time of making a reservation and/or purchase. Renter hereby authorizes Clubs4hire to charge Renter’s credit card for any amounts due plus any late, lost, stolen, broken, non-returned equipment, and for all other amounts payable under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
